This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for "next day delivery," which their site clearly stated was eligible, only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take 3 business days. This blatant disregard for their promised service compelled me to contact customer service and ultimately leave this review.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, $19.95, but your email says my order will take 3 business days. Where is the "next day" I paid for? CS Rep: I apologize for the confusion, sir. I see your order. While some items are eligible for next-day delivery, processing times can vary. Customer: Processing time? It said "eligible for next day delivery" on the site, not "eligible for next day delivery after 3 business days of processing." I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded since you're clearly not providing the service I paid for. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I can submit a request to our billing department regarding a refund for the shipping fee. It will be up to them to decide. Customer: "Up to them"? I paid for a service you didn't provide. This isn't a request; it's a right. I'm not getting the service, so I want my money back. CS Rep: I hear your concern. Please allow 3-5 business days for their review, and they will contact you with a resolution.
