They lost a very loyal, longtime customer with their ATROCIOUS service and LYING TO ME. I've never had any of the 'base priced' lenses come with etchings before. They should just admit they didn't polish the lenses or something properly, OR they should disclose that you may have markings if you go with the base-priced lenses - and show pictures! I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. update I was FINALLY issued a refund since they could NOT guarantee that lenses wouldn't come with markings on them. They refunded the cost of the frames and the lenses, but did deduct the cost of shipping insurance. Keep in mind - you can't opt out of shipping insurance, so they still managed to penalize me a bit. Never again, Cinily Eyewear! You lost my business, my family's business, and anyone who ever asks where I get my glasses from again."
